Sponsorship Opportunities

This year we are offering two sponsorship levels. To purchase a sponsorship, please email Photina Haumschilt at armyrotc@isu.edu. She will answer your questions and let you know how to purchase a table. 

Command Level - $3,000 - Event Sponsor (only 1 available)

  • VIP Seating - 2 reserved tables for 6 with a room-front location.
  • One (1) armspan of raffle tickets per seat (20 per seat, 240 total).
  • One (1) drink token of choice per seat (includes domestic and imported alcohols and some pre-mixed drinks).
  • Prime event program placement for your organization.
    • “Military Gala with [your company]” or similar on the program cover.
    • Similar text on the event promotional posters if confirmed prior to press (December 15).
  • A ‘Thank You’ plaque will be awarded on stage, with the opportunity for short remarks (less than 2 minutes).
  • An opportunity to mingle with ISU Veteran and military programs and students will be arranged at the sponsor’s request, such as an afternoon in the VSSC Lounge that we promote, or attendance at key programming.
  • Recognition on all press advertising and radio spots, including the event website. This will include key event social media posts, but will exclude peripheral social media promoting pieces of the event, such as specific donations, childcare, etc.
  • Donation documentation via the ISU Foundation.

Warrant Level - $1,500 (5 available)

  • Premium seating - reserved table for 6.
  • Three (3) armspans of raffle tickets per table (20 each, 60 total).
  • One (1) drink token of choice per seat (includes domestic and imported alcohols and some pre-mixed drinks).
  • Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship at the podium.
  • Acknowledgement in at least one social media ‘Thank You’ post.
  • Featured placement of your organization logo on the in-room event slide show, and your organization name will be in the program.
  • Donation documentation via the ISU Foundation.

Enlisted Level - $500 (10 available)

  • Preferred Seating - reserved table for 6.
  • One (1) armspan of raffle tickets per table (20).
  • One (1) non-alcoholic drink token per seat.
  • Featured placement of your organization logo on the in-room event slide show, and your organization name will be in the program.
  • Donation documentation via the ISU Foundation.
