Research and Creative Works Symposium

This event is an opportunity for undergrad and graduate students alike of all disciplines and degree levels to present their in-progress or completed scholarly or creative works for a chance to win big bucks!

2025 Event Program

Students of all disciplines and degree levels may present their in-progress or completed work.

 Students may participate in: 

  • Poster Presentation 
  • Oral Presentation 
  • Creative Works  

Students who are not located near our Meridian or Pocatello campuses can participate remotely in the Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation categories.

Need ideas on what to present? 

  • literature reviews 
  • research projects 
  • capstone projects 
  • case studies 
  • grant proposals 
  • humanitarian trips 
  • class papers or projects 
  • other related scholarly or creative work
Undergraduate Awards

$500 award

  • One first-place winner in each presentation category (poster, oral, and creative works)

$250 Award

  • One second-place winner in the Poster Presentation and Oral Presentation categories
Graduate Awards

$1000 award 

  • One winner in the oral and poster presentation categories for each subject category and one winner in the creative works presentation category.
