Permission to have a fidget device during testing

A fidget device is a disability-related item that the student is allowed to quietly handle during testing. Disability Services staff will briefly inspect the fidget device before the exam begins.

If you, the instructor, are using an online proctoring company such as Examity or ProctorFree, then make sure that the proctor of the exam is aware of this accommodation.

If you, the instructor, have any questions about what is considered an allowable fidget device please contact us at: 208-282-3599 or ada@isu.edu.
