Class Descriptions

B.E.A.S.T (Bengal Endurance And Strength Training)
Drop in for B.E.A.S.T, a high-energy HIIT class designed to build strength and endurance, improve athletic performance, and push your limits. This workout combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and dynamic cardio in short, intense bursts alternated with recovery. Perfect for all fitness levels, including beginners, this class will leave you feeling stronger, faster, and more energized!

Cycle & Tone
Get ready to pedal and sculpt in this dynamic Cycle & Toning class! This high-energy workout combines the cardio blast of indoor cycling with targeted strength exercises to tone your entire body. You’ll power through sprints and climbs on the bike, then hop off for intervals of resistance training using weights, bands, or bodyweight moves. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class torches calories, builds endurance, and leaves you feeling stronger with every beat of the music

Masters Swimming
Drop in for a coached Masters Swimming workout in the pool, suitable for all fitness levels—from casual swimmers to competitors. The session includes structured swim sets, a mix of endurance and speed work, and a lane dedicated to serious training. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards continuously and be comfortable in deep water. Bring your own goggles.

Spinning
Drop in for a low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling workout in the newly renovated cycling studio. Ride brand-new Matrix spin bikes while experiencing intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, surges, and jumps—all set to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire. This class is perfect for burning calories and boosting endurance.

STRONG Nation
Drop in for STRONG Nation® which combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

UpBeat Pilates
UpBeat Pilates® delivers an energetic, faster-paced session that still honors the essence of traditional Pilates, targeting every muscle group. You’ll deepen your mind-body awareness, sometimes incorporating tools like weights, bands, or balls for variety. Our trained instructors emphasize breath guidance and controlled movements, ensuring a powerful workout that leaves you refreshed and uplifted.

Yoga
Drop in for a yoga class and create space for yourself, physically and mentally. Classes offer beginner-to-intermediate practice with pose options for all levels, combining slow flow with a unique set of poses. The focus is on intention setting and learning how your body moves. Our classes emphasize mindful movement, breath connection, and non-judgmental exploration. Each session includes warm-ups, physical practice, and relaxation. Feel better in your body. Equipment provided.

Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-based dance fitness party with easy-to-follow moves. Songs from all over the world are incorporated to achieve a total-body cardio workout at various intensity levels. Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise because they're accessible, fun, and effective.
