Current Students — Transcripts

Transcripts for courses taken by high school students are printed in the standard format and do not identify the courses as concurrent enrollment courses. All Idaho State University courses and grades will be recorded on permanent student transcripts.

Students may request a transcript via their student portal or by sending in the necessary information. Please refer to the link at http://transcripts.isu.edu/. Idaho State University will, upon request, send a grade report free of charge for high school students transferring ISU credit back to the high school to meet high school graduation requirements. Other transcript requests are subject to payment of a fee.

  1. Go to Transcript Request Form
  2. Please read carefully, then print & complete the form information. Mail or fax the signed form to:

  3. This request form must bear your signature.
  4. Use a separate request form for each transcript to be sent to a different address.

NOTE: If a request is faxed in to our office, payments can be made by credit card or by sending a payment through the mail. If payment has not been received by the time the request is processed, a bill will be sent to the address provided on the transcript request form.
Students enrolled in college-level courses are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Please refer to http://www.ed.gov/policy/gen/guid/fpco/ferpa/ or consult a current ISU class schedule for details on FERPA.
